I. 총 괄 www.nie.re.kr ? 3 1. 환경부는 1998 년부터 『독도 등 도서지역의 생태계 보전에 관한 특별법』에 따라 1 차 1998-2002 , 2 차 2006-2014 및 3 차 2015현재 에 걸친 전국 무인도서 자연환경조 사를 실시하여, 자연경관 및 자연생태계 등이 우수한 도서 255 개를 특정도서로 지정하 여 보전·관리하고 있다. 특정도서에 대한 정밀조사는 특정도서 자연환경 정밀조사를 통하여 특정도서의 생태계 변화를 관찰하고 자연생태계 현황을 정확히 파악하여 생태훼손 요인을 분석하는 등 보전 방안을 모색하기 위하여 2006 년부터 2013 년까지 환경부와 국립환경과학원에서 매년 지역별로 실시하였으며, 2014 년부터 환경부와 국립생태원에서 실시하게 되었다 표 1 2018 년에는 전라남...
